The main difference is the connector. Security Key NFC connects via USB-A and NFC, while Security Key C NFC connects via USB-C and NFC. If your laptop or PC has a standard USB-A port, choose Security Key NFC. If you use modern devices with USB-C, Security Key C NFC is the better option.
