Delivery within Ukraine
We ship orders across Ukraine via Nova Poshta and Ukrposhta. Available delivery options depend on your location and are shown during checkout.
- Orders placed before 6:00 PM are shipped the same day.
- Orders placed later are handed over to the carrier with the next shipment.
- If you choose prepayment, we ship the order after the payment has been received.
- After dispatch, we provide a tracking number so you can track the parcel.
Delivery charges are paid by the recipient according to the carrier’s rates. If you choose payment on delivery, the carrier’s cash-on-delivery fee is also paid by the recipient. This fee does not apply to orders paid in advance.
We ship parcels with a declared value equal to the order value. In the event of loss or damage, the amount and procedure for compensation are determined by the carrier’s terms and conditions.
Delivery times are determined by the carrier. They depend on the destination and current operating conditions, so we cannot guarantee a specific arrival date.
International delivery
International orders are shipped via Nova Poshta.
- Delivery cost and transit time depend on the destination country, parcel weight, and order value.
- Before shipping, we confirm the recipient’s details and agree on the delivery cost.
- Any import duties, taxes, or customs fees required by the destination country are paid by the recipient.

Pickup
Pickup is available in Lviv and, for customers in Kyiv, in Vyshhorod.
- In Lviv, you can collect your order from our showroom at 3 Bilasa St.
- For customers in Kyiv, pickup is available in Vyshhorod by prior order. Products are not permanently stocked there. Once your order is confirmed, we send the selected device to the pickup location via Nova Poshta, and it is usually available for collection within 2–3 days.
Cash payment is not available for pickup in Vyshhorod. You can pay via a payment link or bank transfer, either in advance or after we confirm that the device has arrived at the pickup location.
