We work with these devices every day: helping customers choose the right model for a specific use case, check compatibility with the required networks and apps, plan a reliable backup, and complete the initial setup correctly.
We source products directly from manufacturers or through their official distribution channels. For brands where we are an official or authorized reseller, our status can be verified on the respective manufacturers’ websites.
We deliver orders across Ukraine and internationally. Our showroom in Lviv is available for consultations and order pickup.
Our philosophy
The security of a hardware wallet depends on more than just the model itself. The origin of the device, proper initial setup, a reliable backup, and the way recovery and access data are stored are just as important.
During consultations and setup, we explain every step, but we will never ask you to disclose, send, or show us your seed phrase, PIN, passphrase, or private keys. We do not need this information to configure your device or provide technical support.
If someone claiming to represent Lwallet asks you to provide any of this information, it is a scam attempt. Do not share it and contact us using the details listed on this page.
For us, transparency means being clear about both the strengths and limitations of each device. When recommending a model, we consider the assets and networks you use, app compatibility, backup method, portability, and your security requirements. If a particular feature or limitation may affect your use case, we will tell you before you buy.
We keep track of firmware updates, changes to apps, and developments across manufacturers’ ecosystems, and update our recommendations accordingly. We also share this hands-on experience in our blog, where we publish guides on hardware wallet setup, backups, transaction security, phishing protection, and other topics relevant to digital asset owners.

What warranty do the devices come with?
The warranty period depends on the product and is stated on its product page.
If your device is not working correctly, contact us. We will diagnose the issue. If it is covered by warranty, we will arrange a repair; if the device cannot be repaired, we will arrange a replacement in accordance with the warranty terms.

We help with initial device setup, connecting official apps, firmware updates, compatibility checks, and other questions that may arise during use.
Support is available remotely or at our showroom in Lviv. We do not need your seed phrase, PIN, passphrase, or private keys to provide assistance, so we will never ask you for them.
Yes. We work directly with manufacturers and through official distribution channels.
For applicable brands, our official or authorized reseller status can be verified on the manufacturer’s website, usually in sections such as Resellers, Retailers, or Where to buy.
The verification process depends on the manufacturer. Before using the device for the first time, inspect the packaging and contents and compare them with the information on the brand’s official website. Not every manufacturer uses security seals or stickers, so their presence or absence alone is not a universal authenticity check.
For the initial connection, use only official apps downloaded from the manufacturer’s website or an official app store. Some manufacturers also provide a built-in device authenticity check.
A new hardware wallet should never arrive with a pre-generated seed phrase. If you find a card with a seed phrase already written on it, the device appears to have been set up in advance, or anything else seems suspicious, do not use it to store assets and contact us.
