SecuX Nifty uses an Infineon SLE 97 Secure Element certified to CC EAL5+. Private keys are generated within the device’s protected environment, isolated from your smartphone. Cryptographic operations are performed inside the hardware wallet, so your private key is never transferred to the device.

The 2.8-inch color touchscreen lets you review transaction details directly on your SecuX Nifty. Before confirming a transaction, you can verify the available information on the hardware wallet and only then approve and sign it. The same screen is also used to display NFTs in full color.
NFTs directly on your hardware wallet
SecuX Nifty was designed with a particular focus on NFTs. Selected NFTs can be synced from the SecuX Wallet App and viewed directly on the device’s color display. This turns Nifty into a portable NFT gallery while also allowing you to visually verify an asset before confirming a transaction. The device displays NFTs associated with accounts whose private keys are controlled by your hardware wallet. Your collection therefore remains tied to keys you control rather than an account held by a centralized service.
Keys are generated offline
When you create a new wallet, SecuX Nifty generates your private keys and a 24-word seed phrase directly on the device. The recovery phrase is displayed on the wallet screen and serves as your backup for restoring access if the device is lost, damaged, or reset. Your seed phrase should be written down offline and stored separately from your SecuX Nifty, smartphone, and computer.
Dynamic PIN keypad
SecuX Nifty is protected by a 4- to 8-digit PIN. Each time you enter your PIN, the numbers on the touchscreen keypad are rearranged, making it harder to determine the code from finger movements or traces left by previous input. After five consecutive incorrect attempts, SecuX Nifty automatically resets to factory settings. Your wallet can then be restored using your seed phrase.
Crypto and NFTs in one app
SecuX Nifty works with the SecuX Wallet App for iOS and Android. From a single app, you can manage supported coins, tokens, and NFTs: receive and send assets, check balances and collections, and then confirm the required operations directly on your hardware wallet. SecuX states that Nifty supports more than 5,000 coins and tokens, while NFT functionality is available across several major blockchains. This makes the device suitable for both NFT collections and a broader crypto portfolio.
Wireless connection to your smartphone
For everyday use, SecuX Nifty connects via Bluetooth 5 BLE and works with the SecuX Wallet App. Your smartphone provides the portfolio management interface and handles data transfer, while final approval takes place on the SecuX Nifty itself. USB Type-C is also available for connectivity and charging.

After five consecutive incorrect attempts, the device automatically resets to factory settings. You can then restore access to your wallet using a properly backed-up seed phrase.
When creating a new wallet, SecuX Nifty generates a 24-word seed phrase. The words are shown on the device screen and should be written down offline in the correct order. Your seed phrase should never be photographed, stored in the cloud, or entered on third-party websites.
The X-SEED metal plate is designed for creating a physical backup of your seed phrase. Your recovery phrase can be transferred to the metal plate to create a separate offline backup that is more resistant to everyday wear than paper.
