1.1. This Policy defines the procedure for returning and exchanging goods purchased in the online store lwallet.com.ua, in accordance with the Law of Ukraine “On Consumer Rights Protection”.

1.2. The buyer has the right to return or exchange goods if they do not meet expectations, have defects, or were received in improper condition.

2.1. In accordance with Article 9 of the Law of Ukraine “On Consumer Rights Protection”, the buyer can return or exchange goods of proper quality within 14 calendar days from the date of receiving the order, provided that:

• the goods were not used, their marketable condition, packaging, seals, and factory markings are preserved;
• there is a document confirming the purchase (sales receipt or payment receipt).

2.2. The exchange of goods is carried out if a similar item is available in stock. In case of its absence, a refund is possible.

2.3. The buyer bears the shipping costs when returning goods of proper quality.

3.1. If the goods have a manufacturing defect or were damaged during transportation, the buyer has the right to:

• exchange the goods for a similar item;
• receive a refund.

3.2. The return of goods of improper quality is possible within the warranty period established by the manufacturer, or, if no warranty is provided, within 14 days from the date of receiving the goods.

3.3. The seller covers the shipping costs for returning goods of improper quality, provided the defect is confirmed.

4.1. Refunds are processed after receiving and inspecting the goods to ensure they meet the return conditions. The refund timelines depend on the payment method:

• For payments made by bank card — the refund is issued to the card used for the payment or to the buyer’s bank account within 3-7 business days (depending on the issuing bank) after processing the request.
• For payments made via bank transfer — the refund is issued to the buyer’s bank account within 3-7 business days after processing the request.
• For cash payments — the refund can be issued in cash or to the buyer’s bank account within 3-7 business days after the return of the goods.

4.2. In the case of returning goods of improper quality, the buyer is refunded the full cost of the goods, including shipping expenses.

4.3. In the case of returning goods of proper quality, only the cost of the goods is refunded, excluding shipping expenses.

5.1. According to the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine No. 172 dated March 19, 1994, the following items are non-returnable:

• software and digital goods after download;
• batteries, accumulators, chargers after use;
• goods made to individual order;
• hygiene products and certain accessories.
