General Provisions<\/h2>\r\n\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"wpb_text_column\"><p>1.1. This Policy defines the procedure for returning and exchanging goods purchased in the online store <b>lwallet.com.ua<\/b>, in accordance with the Law of Ukraine &#8220;On Consumer Rights Protection&#8221;.<\/p>\n<p>1.2. In accordance with Article 9 of the Law of Ukraine &#8220;On Consumer Rights Protection&#8221;, the buyer can return or exchange goods of proper quality within <b>14 calendar days<\/b> from the date of receiving the order, provided that:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>the goods were not used, their marketable condition, packaging, seals, and factory markings are preserved;<\/li>\n<li>there is a document confirming the purchase (sales receipt or payment receipt).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>2.2. The exchange of goods is carried out if a similar item is available in stock. In case of its absence, a refund is possible.<\/p>\n<p>2.3. If the goods have a manufacturing defect or were damaged during transportation, the buyer has the right to:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>exchange the goods for a similar item;<\/li>\n<li>receive a refund.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>3.2. The return of goods of improper quality is possible within the warranty period established by the manufacturer, or, if no warranty is provided, within <b>14 days<\/b> from the date of receiving the goods.<\/p>\n<p>3.3. Refund Procedure<\/h2>\r\n\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"wpb_text_column\"><p>4.1. Refunds are processed after receiving and inspecting the goods to ensure they meet the return conditions. The refund timelines depend on the payment method:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><b>For payments made by bank card<\/b> \u2014 the refund is issued to the card used for the payment or to the buyer&#8217;s bank account within <b>3-7 business days<\/b> (depending on the issuing bank) after processing the request.<\/li>\n<li><b>For payments made via bank transfer<\/b> \u2014 the refund is issued to the buyer&#8217;s bank account within <b>3-7 business days<\/b> after processing the request.<\/li>\n<li><b>For cash payments<\/b> \u2014 the refund can be issued in cash or to the buyer&#8217;s bank account within <b> 3-7 business days<\/b> after the return of the goods.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>4.2. In the case of returning goods of improper quality, the buyer is refunded the full cost of the goods, including shipping expenses.<\/p>\n<p>4.3.
